Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the seized article. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 59 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
