The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ujiarpur PS case No. 43/2015 for the offence under section 363/ 366(A) and some other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioners dragged the daughter of informant, got her sitted on their motor cycle and fled away and assaulted the father of victim. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that from perusal of the statement of victim under section 164 of the Cr. P.C., it is apparent that the parents of the victim wanted to get

Further, from perusal of her statement, it appears that there is no allegation against the petitioners of misbehaving with the victim It has been submitted on behalf of the State and the informant that the petitioners are named in the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur PS case No. 43/2015, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
