Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394/302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery and murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2017. There is no other substantial material against the petitioner and investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35380 of 2018 (2) dt.20-06-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhepura Sadar Police Station Case No.653 of 2014, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
