JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the son of the informant was playing, the petitioner pored kerosene oil and lit fire causing burnt injury, subsequently the son of the informant succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during entire investigation, statement of the informant has not been recorded.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23575 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Accordingly, the same is rejected in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Benipati, Darbhanga.
