A limited prayer has been made by the petitioner in this writ application that his appeal is pending before the DIG, CRPF, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, so this Court may direct the concerned Authority to dispose of the same.

Accordingly, this Court directs the DIG, CRPF, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh to decide the appeal of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this Court.

However, it is made clear that this Court is not giving
