2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner vide order dated 11/07/2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25053 of 2024, it was observed that if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. The stipulated period has already elapsed.

3. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
