The petitioner Saroj Sahni has been arrested in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No.88 of 2017 for the offences under Sections- 413 and 414 of I.P.C. Petitioner is in custody since 27.7.2017. There is no criminal history of the petitioner. He has been arrested on the basis of the statement of the co-accused Rajesh Sahni and seizure of certain Copper wire made from him under Section 27 of the Evidence Act.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the fact that he has been in custody for more than two months, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing the bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) along
