Petitioner is accused in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail vide order 10.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59994 of 2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
