This Court finds that the remedy of the petitioner lies elsewhere, hence, in case, the petitioner is having any subsisting grievance, he may take recourse to such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law.

With the aforesaid observation and liberty to the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
