The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 506,509,354D and 354A(II)(III)(IV) of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is of intentionally using criminal force for outraging the modesty of the informant and teasing her. The petitioner distributed marriage invitation card suggesting that he is going to be married with the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no such invitation card has been brought on record and maliciously the accusation has been levelled. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23701 of 2016 (2) dt.26-05-2016 2/2 consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mahila Thana P.S. Case No. 199 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Siwan. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
