Patna High Court CWJC No.7653 of 2015 dt.22-01-2016 2/2 It appears that the petitioner after having superannuated on 31.07.2013 has also submitted all the relevant papers before the authority in September, 2015. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date no retiral benefits have been paid. Learned counsel for the State submits that he does not have up-to-date instructions. He further submits that in view of the petitioner having completed the formalities, the admitted dues of the petitioner shall be paid expeditiously.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to pay the admitted dues of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 8.
