2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 324 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The specific details of killing the deceased has been given in the FIR. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased. Subsequently, she has been made accused during investigation. She is in jail since 13.08.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
