The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 57/2022, registered for the offences under Section 30(a)/52 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Considering the prosecution case and the fact that the petitioner was not caught of the spot, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
