The petitioner seeks bail in Dhibra P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, informant got information that one Laxman Mahto of village Murgideeh has been murdered. On information, when he reached at the house of deceased he found the dead body lying on the cot having injuries on forehead, head and nose with blood. Informant got information from the villagers that last night there was quarrel between Reeta Devi (petitioner) and the deceased who is her husband. Petitioner killed her husband.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is wife of the deceased and only on suspicion she has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16609 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 been made accused in this case. Informant has not disclosed the name of people who told him about the alleged occurrence. As a matter of fact, husband of the petitioner was killed by some unknown criminals. Petitioner is a lady and she in custody since 08.11.2021 having clean antecedent. Investigation is complete. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021.
