JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 334 of 2017, G.R. No. 7738 of 2017 (corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017) for the offence under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016, r/w section 20, 22, 24 of N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only on suspicion he has been falsely implicated in this case, learned counsel submits that similarly situated other co-accused have been granted bail by another co-ordinate bench of this court.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, other co-accused have been allowed bail by another co-ordinate bench of this court, the petitioner, named above, is
