The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 04 of 2019 arising out of Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2018), instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that during investigation it has come that there is specific allegation of causing injury of father of the informant with Khanti on his head against co-accused Pappu Yadav who is Jija of the informant.

Learned A.P.P. after perusing the case diary has submitted that there is specific allegation against Pappu Yadav of assaulting father and sister of the informant on their head. Subsequently, father of the informant died in hospital during

Petitioner is in custody since 8.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 04 of 2019 arising out of Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2018), subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
