The present writ application has been filed to appoint the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika at Centre No. 288, Gram Panchayat-Singia, Block-Bisfi, District-Madhubani and to quash the merit list dated 09.09.2018 by virtue of which respondent no. 8 has been selected by granting 10 % extra marks to her.

Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the present writ application is not maintainable at all, due to the reason that the appointment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika used to run in accordance with the respective Anganbari guidelines of the respective years. In the said guideline, there is already provision, original and appellate authority has been framed. As such, the present writ application is hereby disposed of directing the petitioner to avail the remedy under the guideline.
