JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 504, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the police went to arrest the son of the petitioner namely Golu Ram in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No.149/2015 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 353,427, 379 and 440 of the Indian Penal Code when the petitioner obstructed by making attempt to electrocute the police personnel by putting on the electric switch.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has maliciously been roped in the present case simply because he happens to father of Golu Ram, who has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18785 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 Criminal Miscellaneous No.7541/2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani, in connection with Sakari P.S. Case No.85/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
