The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karghar P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections-272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code as also Section-47(A) of the Excise Act.

Taking into consideration that country-made liquor and foreign liquor were recovered from Gumti of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Karghar P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned court stands rejected.
