KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in Jalpur P.S. Case No.153 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 366(a)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. on the basis of suspicion only.
Earlier also the victim girl had eloped with some other person for which a case was also lodged which appears from Annexure-2. The present F.I.R. has been instituted after sixteen days of the occurrence. He has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
