The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2017 in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 80 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Bettiah, West Champaran. Considering the fact that the petitioner is husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
