Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) and 41 (I) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2020.
