The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2018. He further submits that the petitioner has disowned the ownership of the bag in which the liquor was kept. Submission is made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has gone to Mokama for negotiation of marriage of his younger sister and when he reached near the Kolcyding More and started taking tea at a shop beside the road, the police came and recovered the liquor. He was falsely implicated in this case. There is total

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody since 25.03.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Spl. Judge Excise Act), Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018.
