Mr Satyavir Bharti, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 Learned counsel for the respondent-Commission submits that the self-serving calculation of marks allegedly obtained by the petitioner is baseless and incorrect. In fact, none, having lesser marks than the petitioner, has been appointed on basis of the selection process arising out of Advertisement No 110 of 2010 for the post of Cooperative Extension Officer.
Since, none appears on behalf of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) M.E.H./-
