The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 22.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17289 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 31.12.2016 and in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded.

Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by pointing out that 16.636 kg. Ganja was recovered from the trolly bag of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no ground for reconsideration of the prayer of bail of the petitioner, again his such prayer stands rejected in connection with Bakhtiyarpur Rail P. S. Case No. 145 of 2016. However, considering his detention, learned trial court is
