2. From perusal of the office notes, it appears that the notice has been validly served upon opposite party no. 2 but nobody has appeared on his behalf.

3. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he in connivance with other co-accused persons taken Rs. 2,00,000/- for sending the son of the complainant to the Gulf countries, but instead of sending him on visa for the purpose of job, they sent him on tourist visa for one month.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is compromise in between the parties. He further submits that petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 2592 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
