2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 61(2), 111 and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, on search, huge quantity of illegal sand was recovered from three Hyva trucks bearing Registration Nos. BR27GA-9546, BR27GA-4636 and BR27GA-1968. Petitioner is registered owner of the Hyva truck bearing Registration No. BR27GA-1968 and has got three

4. Considering the nature of accusation, recovery of illegally mined sand and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
