The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Lakhanaur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the husband of the petitioner no. 1 and the petitioner no. 1 conspiring together and assaulting the deceased. It is further alleged that the assault by Janak Mukhiya and his wife Tetari Devi i.e. petitioner no. 1 and others caused the death of the deceased namely Sonai Mukhiya. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that as far as the petitioners are concerned, they are ladies and have not

It is submitted that the petitioners are having clean antecedent and they are languishing in custody since 14.01.2018 . Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhuganj in connection with Lakhanaur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018.
