This is an application for bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S.Case No. 129 of 2017, G.R.No. 817 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death and he happens to be husband of deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she died due to cardiac arrest and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for seven months. Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that she died in abnormal circumstance. Having heard both sides and in view of facts and

However, as the petitioner is in custody for seven months, learned court below is directed to expedite commitment of the case and after commitment trial be expedited.
