This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 3.1.2014, taking cognizance of the offence under sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the IPC and under sections 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act in connection with Beur Police Station Case No. 159 of 2013, pending before the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna.

Counsel for the opposite party no.2 brings to the notice of the Court that the trial has proceeded and prosecution witnesses are being examined.

Considering the aforesaid subsequent development in the case, the quashing application is dismissed. Shashi.
