The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 409 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner, being the Secretary of the School, is alleged to have misappropriated about seventeen lakhs of rupees along with the Headmaster. The Headmaster, Anmol Kumar, was arrested and he was released on provisional bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2539/2015. It is submitted that after being released on provisional bail vide order dated 23.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2539/2015, the Headmaster started constructing the school building and the construction work is in progress. The petitioner has not taken any money for construction of the school. The husband of the petitioner withdrew money in lieu of supplying bricks for construction work. The petitioner is a lady.

No.24077 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 190/2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 2799 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
