This is an application for bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 343 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpires in the confessional statement of co-accused and further he is accused in four other cases.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against him and when he was released in other case he has been remanded in this case only on the basis of confessional statement and he is in custody in this case since 11.4.2017 and in all other cases he is on bail.

No.39477 of 2017 (3) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 343 of 2016, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner will mark his attendance in local police station in first week of every month till conclusion of trial, so that police may watch his conduct during the pendency of the case, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
