The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 09.02.2018 on the allegation that one live cartridge has been recovered from his possession. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents prior to present case.
Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.
Considering the facts that the petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2018 and the allegation is that he was carrying a live
