JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For payment of amount of difference of salary of fourth and fifth pay revision with interest.

(ii) For payment of arrear of salary for four months sixth and seventh pay revision with interest.

(iii) For payment of interest on provident fund from September 1992 to 30.04.2017.

(iv) For payment of benefit of 1st,

(v) For payment of allowance at revised rate amounting to Rs. 200/- per month as per Letter No. 3A-217/09 dated 31.12.2009 of Finance Department."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 5 i.e. the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Bhojpur, Zila Parishad, Ara, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 5 i.e. the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Bhojpur, Zila Parishad, Ara, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter, and in case any outstanding dues are found payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid during the same time frame.
