2. The petitioner appears to have some grievance regarding her date of birth mentioned in the Class - 10 certificate and the certificate itself which has been issued by the Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as 'the Board').
3. According to the petitioner, she had submitted two representations to the Board, one stated to be Annexure-P/5 (dated 10.10.2023) and another at Annexure-P/6 (date not mentioned), addressed to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, but the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna has not considered the representations submitted by the petitioner.

4. When this writ petition was considered, for nearly half an hour, none had appeared for the Board. Due to the absence of the Counsel for the Board, this Court was not in a position to secure the necessary instructions from the Board.
5. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court proceeded to dictate the order, directing the Board to consider the representations filed by the petitioner and pass an appropriate and reasonable order.
6. It is at this stage, Ms. Kalpana, learned counsel on behalf of the Standing Counsel of the Board has made an appearance and sought time to receive instructions from the Board.
7. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, in the manner, indicated hereinabove and also having regard to the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of at this stage itself.
8. Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit the representations (at Annexure-P/5 and Annexure-P/6 to the writ petition) to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna within two weeks from today, along with a copy of this order. As and when, the petitioner submits the aforesaid two representations, along with a copy of the order of this Court, the Secretary, Bihar School
Patna High Court CWJC No.4292 of 2024 dt.30-07-2024 3/3 Examination Board/ respondent no. 2 shall consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter, in accordance with the rules.
9. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
