21.08.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail of private Opposite Parties granted vide A.B.P. No. 419 of 2014 on 05.04.2014 by Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Complaint Case No. 3737 of 2013.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference with the same. The Application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30429 of 2014 (3) dt.21-08-2015 dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra, and the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
