2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner tried to obtain employment on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is only alleged to have attempted to obtain the appointment and was never selected nor given any remuneration from the said appointment. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 779 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
