The petitioner has filed the present writ application for appointment on the post of Primary Teacher. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner approached this Court earlier and this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 16.8.2011 passed in CWJC No. 3110 of 2007 had given the liberty to the petitioner to claim fresh appointment on the post of Panchayat Shikshak if and when she would acquire the qualification laid down under Panchayat Shikshak Rules, 2006. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner applied for appointment of Panchayat Teacher but despite the
Patna High Court CWJC No.7820 of 2015(10) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 fact that the post she has applied for 2013, 2017 and 2019 being vacant, the claim of the petitioner has not been considered. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner can raise the grievance before the District Appellate Authority which has been functioning in the concerned district. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of dispute, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance before the District Appellate Authority of the concernd district in accordance with law.
