The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 354 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 384, 385 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation of demand of dowry is attributed to the co-accused, Ragini Kumari who has already been granted bail. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Case No. 354 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
