Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation on behalf of the petitioner, who is aged about 73 years and has not been paid the benefit as claimed by him which has been granted to similarly situated employees of the Municipal Corporation and different Nagar Parishad. The petitioner had retired from the post of Ward Inspector. He further submitted that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a decision of this Court passed in CWJC No. 1559 of 2023 (Ramji Pandey vs. The State of Bihar) dated 10.05.2023.

3. Learned counsel seeks to file detailed representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Hajipur.

4. The Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Hajipur, must ensure to make payment of all the retiral dues in accordance with law after comparing the case of the petitioner with other employees of the Nagar Parishad, who have been granted benefit which has been disallowed to the petitioner.

5. The representation filed on behalf of the petitioner must be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

6. Entire amount payable to the petitioner must be paid along with the statutory interest in accordance with law within the aforesaid period.

7. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
