JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 27-11-2017 Keeping in view the order, which has been passed in yet another LPA, where a detailed decision has been rendered with regard to the status of a work-charge-employee, as well as the infirmities, which emerged in the case of Sarasawati Devi, the decision of the Learned Single Judge, which is under challenge, dated 20th of October, 2014, passed in the writ application, is not required to be interfered with. The rational and reasoning, which has been provided in the decision, rendered in L.P.A. No. 1011 of 2016, also governs the legal aspect of the matter.
