2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2017 in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with land dispute between the parties who happens to be the brothers.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the injury report which discloses grievous injury to the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
