2. The following prayer has been made in the writ petition:

"(i) For issuing of appropriate writ/ order/direction to the respondent authorities to give proper security to the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and his family from the atrocity of the respondent no.6 who in collusion with the private respondent is threatening to vacate the house for which the consideration amount has already been paid to the private respondent though Title Suit has been filed by the petitioner.

(ii) For giving a direction to the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.563 of 2023(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 respondent to take proper action in order to investigate the matter in a proper manner so that a genuine result may came out."

3. There is a private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent no. 7. The petitioner had filed an FIR bearing Sadar P.S. Case No. 403 of 2022. The police investigated the case and found the case to be false and therefore submitted final form and prayed for initiating proceeding against the petitioner for filing false case.

4. If the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner may initiate steps, file a protest petition and proceed with the matter. No relief can be granted to the petitioner as prayer in the writ petition.

5. The application stands disposed of.
