The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 120B and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping two girls from which one was minor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after four days of the kidnapping, the girls have been recovered and in their statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, they have nothing alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 06.07.2017.

Case No. 180 of 2017.
