The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 337, 338, 504/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on protest being made for demolition of newly constructed drainage by running truck, over the same the petitioners assaulted and abused the informant and his family members and snatched mobile and locket of Hanuman Ji from the informant's

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14082 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 side.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the petty dispute the occurrence occurred. There is counter version of the occurrence. Though, one of the injuries of the informant's side have been found grievous and the petitioners' side also received injuries including grievous one. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
