During course of routine check up the occupants of a motorcycle succeeded in their escape leaving the motorcycle. On search 16.500 litres of Royal Stag has been recovered. Further more, it has also been narrated that the local inhabitants disclosed the identity of the miscreants to be Kishan Kumar @ Ghana, aged about 19 years and Raj Kumar @ Kaila, aged about 22 years.

From para-3 of the petition criminal antecedent is visible but in the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Kailu @ Raj Kumar @ Kaila, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
