Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Annexure-3 is Aadhar Card of the victim girl wherein her date of birth is recorded as 03.03.2001. She performed court marriage with the petitioner on 02.09.2020 wherein she stated her age as 19 years which was consistent with date of birth recorded in Aadhar Card. Thereafter under pressure of the parents while making statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she alleged that the petitioner had kidnapped her. However she has

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 536 of 2020, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
