JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. (i) For issuance of direction or order or writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 01.08.2015 passed in Anganbari Appeal Case No. 52 of 2015 by the learned Deputy Director Welfare, Patna Division, Patna, without notice to the petitioner.
(ii) For issuance of direction or order to reinstate the petitioner on the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6878 of 2016(2) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 post of Anganbadi Sevika of Centre Code No. 12, Bhoot Nath Road, behind N.M.C.H. Patna under Child Development Project Patna Sadar-4 with all consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
