At an earlier occasion, vide order dated 17.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 52427/2016 prayer for bail made on behalf of the petitioner was rejected giving liberty that if the trial is not concluded within six months then, in that event, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer.

In para 6 of the petition, it is being incorporated that not even a single witness has been examined.

Learned lower court will verify the contention and if the trial has not yet been concluded then, in that event, the learned lower court will release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction.
