ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2018 in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 305 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the arrest of the petitioner on the basis of suspicion, there is no other material in the case diary. It is further submitted that the petitioner was forced to sign on a plain paper which has been subsequently converted into a confessional statement by the police which has no evidentiary value. The petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade till date nor has any recovery been made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32761 of 2018 (3) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 from the house of the petitioner when search was being made. Having taken into consideration all facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
